He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Norris and Jerry Norris. He is survived by: his wife Jean Norris; and his children, Joey Norris of Panama City, Teri Norris Rosa (Tom Rosa) of Peachtree City, Georgia and Sherry Meadows (Terry Wilkinson) of Tallahassee. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
