He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jefferson Taylor and Bertha Ponder Taylor; and his former wife Frances England Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Louise Owens Taylor of Thomasville; his sons, Billy E. Taylor, Jr. (Shamane) of Thomasville and Thomas E. Taylor (Debbie) of Marietta; and his grandchildren, Reece England Taylor and Brantley Nicole Taylor.
In lieu of flowers his family ask that donations be made to Thomasville Masonic Lodge #369 or Dawson Street Baptist Church.
