Blow Jr. (Judy); her children, Ranes Carter (Heather) and Blace Clark (Stephen); her pets, Gromit, Gabby, Cissy, Bonnie and Jake; and also, Sky Rutland (Gage), Lacey O'Neal, Braydon Carter, Tyson Carter, Kayleigh Carter, Carter Paris, Ivey Rutland, Summer Rutland and Charlie Rutland. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
