She is survived by: her brother Herbert John "HJ" Carter; her sister-in-law Kathy Carter; her children, Johnny G. Gilliam (Stacy), Joe L. "Buddy" Gilliam, Tim Peacock (Mylinda) and Liz Lagana (John); her adoptive daughter Johnna Carter; and her grandchildren, John Gilliam, Amy Jones (Phil), Alyssa Sisson (Kyle), Zhavia Highhawk, Christal Wright (David), Kenzie Peacock, Candace Attaway (Chris) and Andrew Mitchell. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
