It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alonzo Skipper (Thomasville, Georgia), born in Ozark, Alabama, who passed away on August 8, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Comer Skipper and Clarabelle Strickland Skipper; his wife Maxie Roberts Skipper; and his siblings, Larry Skipper and Janice Haddon.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen Gary Skipper (Helen) of Thomasville and Deborah A. Blankinship (David) of Tallahassee.
