He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Edward Parker and Janet Fayedene Sumney; and his brother Arlan Parker. He is survived by: his wife Sara Clements Parker of Thomasville; his son Andrew Allan Parker (Tracie) of Valdosta; his grandson Aaron Drew Parker (Hailey Reyna) of Valdosta; and his brother Gary Parker (Debra). He is also survived by numerous niece and nephews.
