He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Herring Crowder; his daughters, Melanie Sample (Manuel Bishop) and Anna Leigh Crowder (Oscar Ventura); his granddaughter Hannah Sample; his mother Virginia Crowder; his sister Vicki Huckaby; his nephews, Brian Huckaby (Jenna) and Austin Huckaby (Kristina); and his great-nephews, Judah and Isaac Huckaby.
