He is survived by: his wife Sue Young Kim of Thomaston; and his sons, Jonathan and Joshua Chang of Maryland.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Generations Church (4178 Crest Hwy, Thomaston, GA 30286). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Crystal Hill Cemetery (321 Hannahs Mill Rd, Thomaston, GA 30286).
