He was predeceased by: his parents, Erma Dumas Trice and Fred Trice; and his siblings, Ricky Bell and Barbara Ann Hay. He is survived by: his children, Andrea Latourrette of Williamson Ga and Dusty Bell (Rhonda); his sister Deanna Helms (Tim) of Thomaston Ga; his grandchildren, Jordan Bell, Kalaeb Bell (Lennox), Jesse Latourrette, Addison Bell and Justin Latourrette; and his great grandchild Everlynn Bell.
