She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Evans and Lula Mae Gibson Evans; her daughter Brittaney Lewis; and her siblings, Billy, David Evans and Runette Gordy.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Gore of Thomaston, Wendy Fordham (Marty) of Thomaston, April Plunkett (Jed) of Covington, Mendy Lewis of Thomaston and Calvin Shane Lewis (Kitty) of Dahlonega; and her siblings, Ronnie Evans (Judy) of Pike County, Graylon Evans (Rhonda) of Pike County, Mark Evans (Christian) of Barnesville, Margie Lewis of Pike County and Betty Jo Loudermilk (Bobby) of Mt. Airy. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
