He is survived by: his significant other Marilyn Lyons of Thomaston, GA; his daughter Shakeira Green (Tocarro) of Thomaston, GA; his siblings, Marcia Walker of Thomaston, GA, Leslie Wells (Nathaniel) of Forest Park, GA, Phillip Trice of Thomaston, GA, Gregory Trice of Thomaston, GA and Ray Walker of Atlanta, GA; his aunt Annie Liza Mahone of Thomaston, GA; and his son Arriston Worthy of Locust Grove, GA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
