She was predeceased by: her mother Janie Guined; her stepfather J. D. Guined; her grandparents, Early and Lucy Edmonson; her husband Elmo Jackson; and her granddaughter Meghann Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kenya Campbell (Gary) of Thomaston and Kelli Phillips (Johnny) of Eatonton; her granddaughter Olivia Ellis (Cam) of Thomaston; and her siblings, Wanda Guined of Butler, Kathy Johnson (Herman) of Butler, Laura Baughcum of Butler, Edward Guined (Barbara) of Butler and Mark Guined of Butler.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fletcher-Day Funeral Home (628 N Church St, Thomaston, GA 30286). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Valley Grove Baptist Church (1372 Atwater Rd, Thomaston, GA 30286).
