She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Clarence Kilgore and Clara Mae England Kilgore; her husband John David Mullins, Sr.; her son John David Mullins, Jr.; her sister Helen Peacock; and her grandchildren, Kenneth Lee Sheffield and Jana Mullins.

She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Lynn Mullins of Thomaston, Robin Powers (Duane) of Fort Valley, Eddie Ray Peavy (Sherry) of Thomaston and Henry Mullins (Buffy) of Milner; her grandchildren, Nichole, Charles, Amanda, Sarah, Mindy, Mike, Courtney and Madison; her great grandchildren, Lilla, Charlie, Hannah, AnnaClaire, Becky, Georgia, Michael and Chris; and her pet Dora.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fletcher Day Funeral Home (628 N Church St, Thomaston, GA 30286). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Milner Baptist Church (107 Pecan Dr, Milner, GA 30257).
