She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Lee Sanders Sr. and Martha Jackson Sanders; her husband Larry Wade Thompson; her son Kevin Thompson; her stepson Wade Thompson; and her brother Jimmy Lee Sanders Jr..
She is survived by: her children, James Michael "Jamie" Thompson (Jill) of Riddleville, Tabitha Bass (Raphael) of Bartow and Eric Thompson (Christy) of Tennille; her grandchildren, Austin Kent, Maci Thompson, Nathan Biggins, Cole Biggins, Mariah Biggins, Carli Thompson, Hope Thompson and Hayleigh Thompson; her great grandchildren, Lyric Girvin, Karson Girvin and Rylee Phillips; her grandson Waylon Phillips; her siblings, Russell Sanders, Sherry Peavy and Karen Thurman; and her nephew Rusty Sanders.
