It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nola Mae Ennis of Tennille, Georgia, who passed away on December 8, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Ennis; her parents, Willis Channell and Lucy Channell; and her siblings, George Channell, Floyd Channell, J. T. Channell and Alice Duggan.
She is survived by: her great grandchild Ashley; her siblings, Carolyn Smith of Sandersville, Jane Wells of Sandersville, Herman Channell (Barbara Ann) of Warthen, Catherine Hawkins of Tennille and Emilee Jackson of Sandersville; her children, Tom Ennis (Denise) of Tennille, Sandra Bassett (Stephen) of Griffin and Sharon Studdard (Greg) of Conyers; her grandchildren, Jennifer Williford (Troy) of Tennille, Tommy Ennis of Tennille, Stephanie Slaughter (Chris) of Seattle, Cliff Bassett (Ahrielle) of Stockbridge, Austin Bassett of Kennesaw, Olivia Studdard of Newnan and Matt Studdard of Warner Robins; and also A. J.. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and countless beloved extended family.
In lieu of flowers, her family would be honored to have donations given to the Lottie Moon Mission Fund in her memory, or a local mission fund such as the Gideons.
