It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Bruce of Tennille, Georgia, born in Sandersville, Georgia, who passed away on January 22, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie T. Shurling and Teresa Stanley Shurling; her husbands, Ted Jackson and Randall Bruce; her brother Tommy Shurling; and her brother-in-law James Goodman.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Turner (Stuart) of Tennille and Carey Jackson (Kristina) of Deepstep; her grandchildren, Tyler Turner, Kristen Turner (Quen) and Ally Jackson (Chance); her great grandchildren, Jordan Lane and Addisyn King; her sisters, Linda Goodman of Sandersville and Sue Tompkins (Frank) of Oconee; and her aunt Peggy Wallace of Sandersville. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The family asks that all in attendance practice social distancing recommendations and wear a mask. Interment will be private.
