She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin George Fessler; her parents, Stanley Levie Hillman Sr. and Margaret Cox Hillman; her son Mark Fessler; and her brother Stanley Hillman.
She is survived by: her son Paul Fessler (Deborah) of Villa Rica; her daughter-in-law Ann Fessler of Greensboro; her grandchildren, Cheryl Portwood (Darrell), Jeff Fessler (Jennifer), Karen Minton (Chris), Michael Fessler (Whitney), Daniel Fessler (Tammy), Susan Wood (Tommy), Joy Harden (Joe) and Andrew Fessler (Maria); and her siblings, Mattie Lue Dumas of Florida and Bob Hillman (Sis) of North Carolina. She is also survived by twenty great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter.
