He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Brooks Hawkins and Janie Elizabeth Sammons Hawkins. He is survived by: his brother Ernest Hawkins (Stella); his wife Catherine Channell Hawkins of Tennille; his daughter Renee Hawkins Jordan (Mark) of Sandersville; his granddaughter Mabri Caro Jordan of Athens; and his siblings, Lavo Todd of Augusta, Edna Hinton of Thomson, Nora Mae Anderson (David) of Tennille, Ray Hawkins (Celia) of Thomson, Frank Hawkins (Fannie) of Sandersville and Rev. Clark Hawkins (Tricia) of Virginia.
The family will greet friends following the service at the cemetery using social distancing practices.
