He is survived by: his daughters, Faye Leverett of Sandersville and Janice Leverett Dominy of Tennille; his granddaughters, Tiffany Dominy Fogle (Paul) and Brooke Dominy; his great grandchild Bane Fogle; his siblings, Margaret Ivey of Milledgeville, Jere Leverett (Becky) of Milledgeville, Bessie Tanner of Milledgeville, Gladys Akins of Milledgeville, Evelyn Kelley of Milledgeville, Floyd Leverett (Carol) of Milledgeville and Ann Deal of Milledgeville; and his sister-in-law Catherine Leverett of Sandersville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
