He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Leonard Hooks. He is survived by: his mother Pamela May Hooks of Tennille; his sisters, Sarah H. Osburn (Brian) of Dublin and Amanda R. Poff (Benjamin) of Lebanon, TN; and his nieces and nephews, Owen Osburn, Ford Joseph Osburn, Evelyn Poff and Chloe Poff.
The family ask that mask be worn, and social distancing practices be followed.
