She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoke Tapley and Linnie Dee Cordry Tapley; her husband Robert Hudson Young, Jr.; her brother Kenneth Tapley; and her nephews, Kenneth Tapley, Jr. and Michael Tapley.
She is survived by: her daughter Paula Y. Smith-Bryan (Jimmy D. Frazier) of Tennille; her granddaughter Lindsey Kelly Anderson (Jess Anderson); her great grandchild Hudson Flynn Anderson; and her nieces, Nancy L. Tapley-Demeter and Cordry.
