He was predeceased by: his mother Florence Emily Turner Green; and his brother William Kerry Green. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Green of Tennille; his children, Dana G. Blue (Tim), Darryl W. Green Jr. (Carly) and DeAnna G. Reid (Jordan); his grandchildren, Bella Reid, Hunter Reid and Darryl W. "Trey" Green III; his son John William Green; his father Willie Green; his brothers, Keith Green (Pam) and Travis Green (Christy); and the mother of his children Debra Whipple Green.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the May and Smith Funeral Home (1119 Riddleville Rd, Sandersville, GA 31082). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the May and Smith Funeral Home Chapel (1119 Riddleville Rd, Sandersville, GA 31082).
