He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Phillips and Betty Etheridge Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Phillips, Linda Phillips, Stephanie Phillips, Joshua Phillips, Megan Phillips, Nicholas Phillips, Gracelyn Phillips and Colby Phillips; and his siblings, Bobby Phillips of Tennille and Gladys P. Glass of Easley, SC.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
