He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Arthur Rogers and Evelyn Lee Payne Rogers; his brother Arthur Eugene Rogers; and his brother-in-law Bill Estep. He is survived by: his children, Whitney Kelley (Zach) and Eric Rogers (Jessica); his grandchildren, Wyatt and Adelyn Rogers; and his sisters, Martha Ann Phillips (Buddy) and Deborah Elaine Estep. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
