He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther James Blair, Sr. and Beverly Ann Blair (Presley); and his siblings, Luther James Blair, Jr. and Betty Sluder (Beth). He is survived by: his sister Dana Blair Lee of Temple; his nieces and nephews, Richie Blair, Chris Sluder, Margo Lance, Leslie Blair Emory, Breana Blair, Taylor Blair and Landon Lee; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Christian, Chloe, MaKenna of Bethany, J. B., James, Joseph, Stormy and Kacey.
