It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verlyn Eugene Holloman (Temple, Georgia), born in Villa Rica, Georgia, who passed away on May 10, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel C. Holloman and Annie Stephens Holloman; and his brothers, Charles and Robert Holloman. He is survived by: his wife Cora Yearty Holloman of Temple; his daughter Jan Gerstenberger of Temple; his siblings, Annie Ruth Hathcock of Temple, Georgie Boyd of Villa Rica, Clifford (Pat Holloman) and Ed Holloman of Temple; his grandchildren, Tonya (Bill Carroll) and Daniel (Melissa White); and his great grandchildren, Kinley and Kelsey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
