He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Smith and Veda Elease Smith (Goodwin); and his wife Rachell Joann Smith (Beck). He is survived by: his son William; his daughter-in-law Mary Smith of Bowdon Junction; his daughters, Valerie Branch of Temple and Vanessa Anderson of Cumming; his sister Cheryl Wooley of Florida; and also, Jenny, Ali Hajloo of Temple, Nancy and Carl Sweet of Temple. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and a number of other relatives.
