It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Randolph Payton Jr. of Temple, Georgia, born in Douglasville, Georgia, who passed away on November 28, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Randolph Payton, Sr. and Cora Maddox Payton Corman; and his wife Joan Rae Hollenweger Payton. He is survived by: his daughter Tammy; his son-in-law Dusty Johnson of Temple, GA; his son Thomas R. Payton, III of Temple, GA; and his grandchildren, Brittany Payton of Temple, GA and Wesley Payton Johnson of Temple, GA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
