With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald H. Cohen of Temple, Georgia, born in Alma, Georgia, who passed away on February 5, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Cohen and Rebecca Chernoff Cohen; and his brother Jerald Cohen. He is survived by: his wife Mary K. Cohen; his children, Dr. Rodney Cohen (Michelle) of Savannah, Rebecca Cohen Jacobson of Columbia, SC and Matthew Cohen of Jerusalem, Israel.; his brother Stevie Cohen of Atlanta; his sister-in-law Carole Cohen; his grandchildren, Alex Cohen (Ana), Jake Cohen (Laura) and Hanna Jacobson; his stepchildren, Eli Karatassos (Suz), Theone Karatassos (Conan Lindsey) and Zack Karatassos (Gillian); and his stepgrandchildren, Alexa Dysch (Michael Shoemaker), Dani Dysch, Leonidas, Kostas Lindsey, Gabriella and Bianca Karatassos. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and close cousins.
