He is survived by: his wife Mildred Jackson; his children, Roger Jackson and Kim Billiter; his son-in-law David Billiter; his siblings, Fred Jackson, A. W. Jackson and Bea Bales; and his granddaughters, Elizabeth Billiter and Ella Billiter.
