He was predeceased by: his son Jarred Heath; his parent L. D. Sinard (Jane); his siblings, Jackie Sinard, Alan Sinard and Veda Clack; and his father-in-law Paul Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Melody Sinard (O'Neal); his daughters, Jennifer Leggett (Sam), Heather Lawrence (Nathan) and Paige McDowell (Aaron); his grandchildren, Elijah Leggett and Jasper Leggett; his sister Carol Garrett (Wayne); his mother-in-law Mildred Evans; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Clack, Rita Sinard, Jeff O'Neal (Jerrie) and Mike Calhoun (Robin). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
