He is survived by: his son Jamie Hulsey of Tallapoosa; his grandson Anderson Hulsey; and his siblings, Joyce (Marvin Maner), Jeanette Smith of Bremen, Fred (Maggie Hulsey), Hubert (Wilma Hulsey), Joe I. Hulsey of Villa Rica, Johnny (Linda Hulsey) and Ed (Becky Hulsey).
