He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Garfield Parker and Cora Angeline Baker Parker; and his brothers, Charlie Parker and Anthony Parker. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Parker of Temple; his daughter Rebekah; his son-in-law Randall Gooden of Temple; his sons, Paul Alan (Amy Parker) and Joseph Anthony Parker of Temple; his sisters, Dolores Parker of Villa Rica and Regina; and his brother-in-law James Garland of Stockbridge. He is also survived by five grandchildren; six great grandchildren and several other relatives and friends.
