She was predeceased by: her parents, William Otis Thaxton and Ida Geneva Thaxton (Smith). She is survived by: her daughter Leslie Thaxton of Temple; her sisters, Sheilah (Wayne Doyal), Lynn (Larry Elzey), Tammy Lackey of Senoia and Terrie (Tony Thuman); and her grandchildren, Cheyenne Thaxton, Blakely Thaxton, Colby Thaxton, Salem Thaxton and Kaitlynn Chase.
