She was predeceased by: her parents, James Milton Hendrix, Sr. and Bertha Grace Hendrix (McCain); and her siblings, Roland Blackmon, Lorene Margaret Thomas and Etta Elaine Hendrix.
She is survived by: her husband Arthur Allon Key of Temple; her children, James Richard "Ricky" Coursey, Jr. of Cartersville and Michellene (Lamar Holtzclaw); her children-in-law, Angela, Mike McCollum of Kennesaw, Janice Georgiadis, Evangelos Georgiadis of Laurel, Jeanine Coleman, Tim Coleman of Temple and Margaret Key of Canton; her brother James "Little James" Milton Hendrix, Jr.; her sister-in-law Sherry Hendrix of Douglasville; her grandchildren, Joshua (Holly Holtzclaw), Amanda Holtzclaw, Kayla Holtzclaw, Shay Holtzclaw, Agape Georgiadis, Storm Coleman, Hunter Coleman, Nancy Babbitt and Helen Cope; her great grandchildren, Gatlin Everett, Bobbie Costley, Billy Gene Costley, Peyton Kellett, Alyssa Holtzclaw, Emma Giles and Abby Giles; and her niece Roshara (Katie Hendrix). She is also survived by four step-daughters.
