He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Frank and Charlie Frank (Smith); and his granddaughter Megan Frank. He is survived by: his wife Janet Frank; his daughters, Jennifer Cuendet (Michael) and Doodlebug; his brothers, Kyle Frank (Saundra) and Wayne Frank (Ira); his grandchildren, Bailey Frank, Jackson Cuendet and Maggie Cuendet; and his great grandchildren, Levi Michael, Logan Scott, Pomeranian and Roxie.
