She was predeceased by: her parents, Lannie Alexander Swain and Luna Griffis Musselwhitz; her husband J. W. Keaton; and her sisters, Lola Lowman and Donna Penney.
She is survived by: her children, Pennie (Leonard Weddington), Honey Skinner of Temple, Kimberly (Scott Veal) and Michael Bridges of Temple. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; two nieces and three nephews.
