He was predeceased by: his parents, Huel Edgar Hamil and Ovie McCain Hamil; his wife Savonia Drew Hamil; and his son Terry Anthony Hamil. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa (Ted Urich) and Sheila (Reid Matthews); and his brothers, Bobby Forest Hamil and Kenneth Ned Hamil (Laura). He is also survived by five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
