He is survived by: his son Mark; his daughter-in-law Beth Penny of Carrollton; his children, Robin Wisener of Center, AL, Rodney Penny of Carrollton and Stacey; his son-in-law Michael Brown of Marietta; and his brother Clyde Penny of Battle Creek. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, several nieces and nephews.
