She is survived by: her sons, Mike Smith (Gala) and Danny Smith (Diane); and her grandchildren, Eric Smith (Lisa), Chad Smith (Courtney), Alicia Smith, Jessica Willoughby (Corey), Sean Smitherman, Missty Jones, Amanda Kelley and Christy Patterson. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, and numerous other family and friends.
