He is survived by: his wife Susan Dunaway Tidwell; his children, Stacy Shirey (William) of Temple, Candi Wilson (Aaron) of Saranda, Jessica Tidwell (BJ) of Tallapoosa and Eric Tidwell (Spring) of Temple; his brothers, Allen Tidwell (Joan) of Villa Rica, Billy Tidwell of Villa Rica, James Tidwell (Irene) of Temple, Joe Tidwell (Debbie) of Newnan, Steve Tidwell (Peggy) of Temple and David (Darlene) of Villa Rica; his grandchildren, Alice Shirey, Victoria Tidwell, Alex Tidwell, Adrian Tidwell, Abagail Wilson, Addison Wilson, Karyce Wilson, Cherish Wilson, Besim Wilson, Lydia Wilson, Esther Wilson, Tyler Tidwell and Crystal Tidwell; and his great grandchildren, Everett Springer, Beau Springer and Elias Perry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
