He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wade and Kathleen Berryhill Hawkins; and his stepbrothers, Wayne and Frank Hawkins of Forsyth. He is survived by: his sister Rosie; his brother-in-law David Stallings of Temple; and his stepsister Darlene David of Conyers.
