She is survived by: her daughter Ann; her son-in-law Jim Elser of Temple, Georgia; her son Frank Rowe of Villa Rica, Georgia; her sister Ann; her brother-in-law Bradley; and her grandchildren, Chuck Shadrix, Caleb Butler, Wendy Johnson and Tammy Miller. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
