He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Earl Allen and Jennie Marie Patterson Allen; his stepfather Chester Capps, Sr.; and his grandsons, Kessler William Seice and Bryan Sawyer Seice.
He is survived by: his wife Carla Landis Allen; his children, Sharon Seice, Bryan Allen, Patricia Allen, Carol Taylor, Roy Taylor, Cimber Vogelgesang, Stephanie Taylor and Ashley Rice; and his brother Chester Capps. He is also survived by several grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and his beloved dogs.
