He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Fran Attaway (Smith) of Temple; his mother Elizabeth McCoy Weatherston of Rustburg, Virginia; his sister Glenda Davis of Rustburg, Virginia; his daughters, Hayley Perkerson (Wesley), Missy Key, Stacey Fulton and Marie Tominich (Ron); his grandchildren, Chris, Ben, Kelsey, Scott, Sean, Kaydence, Piper, Tylor, Dylan, Makenzie (Matthew) and Austin (Savanna); his father Carl Fulton; and his siblings, Larry Fulton, Debbie Fulton and Jill Fulton.
