She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Cates; her son-in-law Wayne Cates; her son Ricky Summers; her daughter-in-law Michelle Summers; her grandchildren, Trish Hodges, Scott Cates, Nicole Cates, Cody Summers, Meghan Summers, Taylor Oliver, Austin Oliver and Peyton Hendrickson; and her siblings, Nancy, Rita, Henry and Jody.
