He is survived by: his wife Terri Ward Parks of Villa Rica, Georgia; his sons, David Jerry (Beth Parks) and Brandon Lee (Deanna Pritchett); his mother-in-law Sue Spake Ward of Temple, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Graham, Walker Parks of Lexington and Polly Pritchett of Auburndale.
