He was predeceased by: his parents, C. L. Mote and Gladys Marie Hughes Mote; and his sister Jean Jordan. He is survived by: his wife Renee Archer Mote of Temple; his sons, Eric Magnuson of Temple, Colton (Kayla Mote), Chaz (Tiphanie Mote) and Chance (Zoe Mote); his brother John Mote of Cartersville; and his grandchildren, Aubrie Mote, Ryder Mote, Carson Mote, Kennedy Mote, Raiden Mote and Cole Mote. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
