She is survived by: her daughters, Mitzi (Smallwood) and Kim Osbourne of Dallas; her grandchildren, Justin, Kristen Smallwood of Lilburn, Jared, Ashley Smallwood of Freeport, FL, Kailin Smallwood of Douglasville, Weston Smallwood of Cupertino, CA, Blake, Taylor Alvey of Lanier, TN, Dustyn Osbourne of Rome, Kassidi and Ryan Payne of Rome; and her great grandchildren, Branch Smallwood, Steele Smallwood, Raylan Payne, Kendel Payne and Collins Alvey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
