It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Huey of Temple, Georgia, born in Boaz, Alabama, who passed away on September 4, 2021, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Warren and Marie Chappell Warren. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Huey of Temple; her children, Brandon Singleton (Hallie) of Fort Campbell, Kristen Bowling (Andrew) of Bremen, GA and Kaylan Thomas (Blake) of Bremen, GA; her siblings, Marilyn Scoggins of Dallas, GA, Hazel White of Temple, GA, Brenda Stanfield of Albertville, AL, Linda Howard of Albertville, AL, Paul Warren of Villa Rica, GA, Jim Warren of Temple, GA and Kenneth Chappell of Attalla, AL; and her grandchildren, Anslei Hooper, Aiden Singleton, Alex Singleton, Hendrix Bowling, Jameson Bowling, Tyson Thomas and Kendyll Thomas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Flowers are accepted, however the family has requested that in lieu of flowers anyone desiring to do so make a memorial contribution in her memory to "The Family of Johnny Huey", 51 Brookcliff Court, Temple, GA 30179 to help the family with medical and funeral expenses.
